Staff Backend Engineer – Grafana App Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance the core architecture of Grafana to ensure it is multi-tenant and scalable.

• Improve the Grafana-as-a-service platform.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate both open-source and proprietary applications.

• Play a role in developing dashboards and telemetry experiences.

• Engage in design discussions and code reviews.

• Proven experience in working with SaaS platforms at scale.

• Strong expertise in cloud technologies.

• Skilled in software development, especially in backend technologies.

• Knowledge of observability principles.

• Familiar with multi-tenant architecture and scalable systems.

• Experience with alerts, dashboards, incidents, and telemetry.
