Staff AI Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop across the full technology stack — React/Next.js frontends, Go and Python services, AI/LLM pipelines, and infrastructure.

• Take ownership of product surfaces from start to finish — guiding a problem from design through architecture to deployed, functional software.

• Create and deploy AI agents — design agent frameworks, prompt systems, tool-usage patterns, and evaluation methodologies.

• Make critical infrastructure choices — including deployment, observability, sandboxing, and scaling; you build the environment that the team operates on.

• Infuse product and design intuition — you don’t merely follow specifications; you challenge what’s inadequate and suggest improvements.

• Mentor and elevate team standards — establish technical benchmarks, conduct thorough code reviews, and enhance the capabilities of fellow engineers.

• Deliver quickly across multiple time zones — collaborate with a distributed team in the US, India, Ireland, and Poland; you proactively resolve issues for yourself and others.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of engineering experience with expertise in frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

• Proficient in Python, Go, and React/Next.js — you consistently deliver production-level code in all three technologies.

• AI-savvy — you work with LLMs, agents, and tools like Cursor on a daily basis, rather than on an experimental basis.

• Systems-oriented thinker — you design APIs, data models, and distributed architectures that can withstand high pressure.

• Strong product insight — you comprehend the rationale behind building something, not just the methodology.

• Design awareness — you can identify poor UX, propose an improved version, and implement it without waiting for a designer's input.

• High level of ownership and efficiency — you take initiative, are responsible for outcomes, and do not rely on others to progress.

• Proven technical leadership — you’ve guided engineers, established standards, and enhanced team performance.
