SRE Support Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Aid in tracking system performance, availability, and dependability

• Assist with incident management, problem-solving, and root cause investigation

• Observe SRE alerts in Slack channels and promptly report any issues

• Acquire knowledge and support with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• Work collaboratively with development and DevOps teams

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-1 year of relevant experience

• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or telemetry

• Experience with Kubernetes

• Basic understanding of cloud principles
