This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Provide continuous data support for compliance-oriented reporting, monitoring, audits, and ad hoc analytical inquiries;
• Extract, transform, and analyze data utilizing SQL across diverse systems and data sources;
• Examine data structures, query logic, and reporting needs to guarantee accurate and reliable outputs;
• Conduct comprehensive data validation and quality assessments, questioning existing logic when necessary;
• Recognize discrepancies, inconsistencies, and data gaps, taking responsibility for their resolution;
• Adapt to changing data environments, acknowledging when historical logic or assumptions are outdated;
• Utilize various reporting and analysis tools to support dashboards and data deliverables;
• Contribute to reporting workflows, including spreadsheet-based analysis and simple dashboard solutions;
• Manage multiple concurrent requests, balancing priorities and meeting tight deadlines;
• Develop an understanding of business processes and data flows to enhance data quality and efficiency;
• Document recurring logic, data sources, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and scalability;
• Collaborate with stakeholders while maintaining the ability to independently complete assigned tasks;
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL (essential);
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., data warehouses or similar environments);
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas, data validation, and reporting;
• Experience utilizing reporting or dashboarding tools;
• Capability to navigate intricate data environments with multiple data sources and dependencies;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
• Ability to independently validate data and evaluate the correctness of outputs;
• Comfort in fast-paced settings with ambiguity and shifting requirements;
• Excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines;
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate successfully in a team environment;

• Experience with contemporary BI or dashboarding tools;
