Speech Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Initiate diagnostic, preventive, and rehabilitative procedures as required for patient care.

• Capability to develop a Plan of Care through evaluation and assessment of the patient's condition, ensuring continuity of multidisciplinary services as needed for effective coordination of care.

• Ensure timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational standards.

• Engage actively in Case Conference meetings and In-Service Reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Speech Therapy License in the state of California.

• Reliable transportation, along with a current driver’s license and auto insurance.

• Current CPR certification.

• Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the role.

• Recent TB testing.
