This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment to individuals and groups, including patients and their families.
• Utilize measurement-based care to guide treatment planning.
• Collaborate with other members of the care team, such as coaches and psychiatrists.
• Provide constructive feedback on program curricula and training protocols.
• Share insights regarding the various uses of technology in therapeutic settings.
• Stay informed about risk management issues.
• Complete documentation in a thorough and timely manner.
• Engage in initial and ongoing training focused on the application of evidence-based and technology-enhanced care delivery.
• Facilitate skills development or practice groups as assigned. These age-specific groups for patients or parents/caregivers emphasize skills development and implementation based on the InStride Health curriculum, utilizing CBT and incorporating elements of ACT and PMT.
• LISW from an accredited school of social work or LPCC with a Master’s degree from an accredited graduate program.
• Ohio licensure relevant to the clinical discipline.
• Strong expertise in treating children and adolescents with anxiety and related disorders.
• Experience and training in administering evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT).
• Basic computer skills, along with willingness to embrace new technologies.
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capacity to be adaptable and work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information in a way that fosters trust and confidence.
