Specialist, Regulatory Compliance

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution and ongoing management of the producer compliance program.

• Perform compliance evaluations and support audit processes to gauge adherence to regulatory and program standards.

• Oversee producer documentation and reporting to detect discrepancies or potential compliance issues.

• Help in the preparation of compliance reports, findings, and documentation for internal assessment.

• Facilitate communication with producers concerning compliance questions, documentation requests, and corrective measures.

• Monitor regulatory updates and aid in revising compliance procedures and internal documents as necessary.

• Assist in the upkeep of compliance policies, procedures, and tracking mechanisms.

• Promote cross-departmental collaboration to collect information needed for compliance evaluations.

• Ensure accurate documentation of compliance activities, audits, and follow-up measures.

• Aid in the creation of materials for regulatory reviews or inquiries.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement within the Producer Compliance area.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Environmental Studies, Business, Compliance, or a related area.

• Professional certification in compliance (e.g., CCEP) is considered a plus.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory support, audit, or similar positions.

• Experience in regulated environments is preferred.

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance principles and risk management practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail and robust organizational capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with audit or tracking tools.
