SOX/ITGC Analyst - Mid Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist the Systems Directorate team with ITGC processes to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations;

• Facilitate internal and external audits for the area;

• Oversee systems teams by monitoring progress and enforcing delivery timelines;

• Aid in the preparation, validation, and management of reports, evidence, and IPE (Information Produced by the Entity).

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with internal and external audits;

• Previous experience in supporting leadership and mentoring teams;

• Background in projects, IT, and governance;

• Understanding of ITGC and SOX compliance;

• Familiarity with systems such as SAP S/4, TOTVS, Salesforce CRM, etc.
