Solutions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement innovative financial solutions that address client business needs.

• Incorporate new features and functionalities into the platform to enhance user experience and minimize customer time to value.

• Offer technical assistance, facilitate training sessions and workshops, and produce detailed documentation to empower both internal teams and clients.

• Oversee essential workstreams, ensuring the prompt delivery of solutions that align with strategic business goals.

• Perform unit testing to confirm that solutions meet established quality and functionality standards.

• Prepare and present at international conferences to highlight new solutions and platform capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Development, or equivalent technical experience.

• 2-5 years of professional experience in CPM or ERP software implementations or development.

• Proficiency in SQL and object-oriented programming languages (VB.Net, C#).

• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.

• Proven experience with MS Office applications.
