📋 Description

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Geotab ecosystem, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to empower both end-users and partners while enhancing their comprehension of Geotab solutions.

• Collaborate and engage with partners and end-users to optimize their use of Geotab's technology, products, and solutions, customizing strategies to cater to their specific requirements.

• Work alongside Geotab's revenue-generating teams as a vital technical resource to identify and deliver effective solutions for customer challenges, contributing to sales growth, ecosystem expansion, and customer retention.

• Conduct technical activities that include discovery, requirements gathering, technical demonstrations, presentations, and more, facilitating a rewarding customer engagement experience.

• Ensure satisfaction among partners and end-users through timely and accurate service, enhancing internal team support by sharing additional insights and expertise.

• Assist in upskilling Geotab’s partners, guiding them toward excellence in supporting customers across various channels by leveraging best practices and a profound understanding of industry verticals.

• Evaluate and analyze business challenges faced by partners and end-users, identifying Geotab’s solutions and suggesting alternative strategies when necessary.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the company's offerings by providing valuable feedback from partners and end-users, creating opportunities for collaboration with the Product team.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer and partner interactions, solution designs, and deliverables in accordance with departmental processes and procedures.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Engineering Support, or Software Development.

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% across Latin America and North America.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• An equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be considered.

• Experience in a pertinent technical field, such as software engineering, data analysis, or systems integration, particularly in customer-facing roles.

• Technical expertise and comprehension of telematics, IoT, APIs, and related technologies.

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, SQL, Java, or C#, along with experience in API integrations is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Agile Work Management, Ticketing, and Customer Relationship Management tools such as JIRA and Salesforce is beneficial.

• Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools, as well as data visualization tools like Superset or Power BI is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate customer challenges and propose effective solutions.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the skill to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A customer-centric mindset, committed to understanding client needs and delivering outstanding service.

• A keen interest in staying updated with emerging technologies and the flexibility to adapt to evolving market demands.

• Ability to leverage market trends to drive revenue growth.

• Experience in sales or business development, especially with indirect sales channels, and the ability to identify and pursue potential opportunities.

• Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
