This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Onboard new Shopify brands or oversee ongoing relationships based on your track record.
β’ Resolve technical challenges: API calls, custom JavaScript, integration errors.
β’ Act as the internal advocate for the customer β identify patterns and recommend enhancements.
β’ Partner with the engineering team when issues require escalation.
β’ Create documentation and resources that minimize recurring inquiries.
β’ Contribute to the development of the customer success culture as the team expands.
β’ Proven experience in a customer-facing technical position β solutions engineering, technical customer success management, implementation, or a related field.
β’ Proficient in reading and writing basic code (JavaScript, API calls) β while you don't need to be a full engineer, you should be comfortable with a curl command.
β’ Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce SaaS is a significant advantage.
β’ Exceptional written English skills β most communication occurs asynchronously via Slack.
