This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Collaborate with direct sales, partners, and larger account teams focused on Fortune 500 clients.
• Engage in customer discovery to gain insights into the customer's current situation.
• Explore and identify additional opportunities for cross-product and solution expansion.
• Serve as a product expert for Atlassian software during the pre-sales process.
• Conduct engaging, value-driven demonstrations.
• Actively build strong partnerships with aligned account executives.
• Understand, monitor, and document product feedback as well as competitive intelligence from customers.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer interactions within a pre-sales context.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences at multiple levels.
• Customer-focused mindset with a demonstrated history of establishing executive relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Innovative problem-solving skills.
