Solutions Engineer – SaaS, CRM/ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a technical consultant during intricate negotiations, crafting integration architectures that connect the Loft ecosystem with clients' systems.

• Spot opportunities for enhancement and propose Pull Requests (PRs) to Product/Engineering teams aimed at improving our APIs, Webhooks, and modules.

• Develop proofs of concept (PoCs) and functional prototypes to showcase the technical advantages of our solution in real-world client scenarios.

• Convert technical business requirements into engineering specifications, shaping the roadmap based on actual implementation insights.

• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, acting as a conduit between customer feedback and the evolution of the product.

• Generate documentation, integration guides, and SDKs that aid our customers in their development efforts.

• Utilize technologies such as Kotlin, PHP, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and BigQuery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in software development along with an engineering-oriented mindset.

• Strong expertise in integrations, encompassing RESTful APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth2, API Keys), and managing JSON/XML.

• Product-focused mindset to differentiate between temporary fixes and long-lasting features.

• Consultative communication abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executives.

• Familiarity with CRM/ERP business processes (sales funnel, inventory management, billing).

• Prior experience with Inner Source or contributions to Open Source projects is advantageous.

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and microservices architecture is a plus.

• Experience in the real estate sector or PropTechs is beneficial.
