
Solutions Engineer – Pre-Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to facilitate the pre-sales process.
• Conduct technical demonstrations and product presentations customized to customer scenarios.
• Manage proofs-of-concept (POCs) and assist prospects during technical assessments.
• Help potential clients grasp how Aikido integrates into their code → cloud → runtime environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical inquiries throughout the sales process.
• Serve as a reliable technical consultant for developers, security teams, and engineering leaders.
• Work alongside product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and enhance the platform.
• 3–7+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales capacity.
• Solid technical background in cloud, DevOps, security, or developer tools.
• Proven experience in conducting demos, POCs, and technical evaluations.
• Comfortable interacting with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Capable of simplifying complex concepts for clear understanding.
• Hands-on approach, skilled in troubleshooting and navigating technical workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Flexibility in working hours.
