• Engage directly with customers to take charge of their onboarding journey, assisting them in quickly understanding and deriving value from our platform.
• Work closely with the Support team to effectively diagnose and address technical challenges.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure that Paragon customers experience significant value from their product implementation.
• Partner with customers as they create integrations, install our SDK, build syncs and actions, and develop script-based workflows, ensuring optimal implementation of Paragon with scalability in mind.
• Cooperate with the Success, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to convert customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Take part in strategic planning meetings with Customer Success, Support, and Product to guarantee successful customer implementations and renewals.
• Assist in the creation and enhancement of our help center, marketing materials, and documentation, ensuring both technical precision and practicality.
• Lead initiatives focused on boosting customer adoption and enhancing product usability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials that empower both customers and internal teams.
• Champion and execute solutions that improve both the product and the overall customer experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in a Technical Solutions / Support role within a B2B SaaS environment, involving significant customer interaction.
• Strong technical skills with a minimum of 2 years of coding experience, proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., NodeJS, Python, Ruby); experienced in working with APIs and API documentation; skilled in managing and resolving complex system issues efficiently.
• Outstanding communication abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams, simplifying complex technical concepts for any stakeholder.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, consistently looking for ways to enhance customer satisfaction and product functionality.
• Strong project management capabilities, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
