This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Collaborate with sales teams and business partners to define solutions for service providers, partners, and end customers.
• Act as an Acronis technology specialist during meetings, conduct demonstrations, and promote products throughout the sales process.
• Interact with customers, partners, and internal teams to organize activities for selling Acronis solutions.
• Evaluate business requirements, market strategies, and policies related to data protection.
• Oversee strategic accounts in partnership with Acronis Account Managers to influence and shape sales strategies.
• Facilitate customer assessments and proof of concept initiatives for Acronis solutions.
• Conduct technical troubleshooting and secure technical victories during the pre-sales phase.
• Present solutions that tackle customer business challenges and serve as a technical consultant.
• Carry out hands-on demonstrations and knowledge transfer of Acronis solutions to customers and partners.
• Collect technical requirements, create cost-effective solutions, and present them to potential clients.
• Prepare responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Support the integration of MSPs' RMM platforms with the Acronis Platform and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Comprehend complex customer needs and devise innovative solutions.
• Provide customer and market insights to Product Management, Engineering, and other Acronis teams.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role.
• Proficiency with cloud-based applications such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Experience in designing Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Storage solutions.
• Background in security across one or more of the following areas: - Antivirus / Ransomware Protection - EDR/MDR/XDR - Email Security - Network Security.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems (knowledge of Linux or other operating systems is advantageous).
• Capability to articulate both technical and business value propositions.
• Experience in managing customer relationships and sales opportunities.
• Fluent in English.
