Solutions Engineer – India Startup Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist AI-driven startups within Neo4j’s Startup Program in achieving success through graph and LLM solutions.

• Act as the main technical liaison for a collection of AI startups.

• Support teams in designing, building, and implementing Neo4j-based architectures.

• Help startups in the design and deployment of LLM-enabled solutions using Neo4j.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Neo4j or other graph databases.

• Experience in solutions engineering, solution architecture, professional services, customer success, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.

• Familiarity with or strong interest in AI/LLMs and agentic architectures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
