Solutions Engineer – Core AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Create and execute customer-facing prototypes and leading implementations to validate high-value AI and integration use cases.

• Facilitate strategic workshops and technical deep dives with clients and field teams, particularly for agentic AI workflows and intricate integrations.

• Transform validated customer work into reusable resources: reference architectures, blueprints, accelerators, and replicable patterns.

• Act as the primary technical authority for agentic system design, encompassing tool usage, orchestration, and multi-agent strategies.

• Design and oversee complex integration architectures across enterprise platforms and data systems.

• Anchor GTM positioning and storytelling in verified technical proof points, aiding in high-impact events such as executive demonstrations and analyst briefings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience in designing and developing agentic AI systems in production-like environments (tool use/function calling, orchestration/planning, multi-agent patterns as needed).

• Robust practical expertise in LLM application architecture, covering retrieval (RAG), grounding, prompt/system design, and structured outputs.

• Experience in establishing evaluation and reliability mechanisms (test harnesses, offline/online evaluations, monitoring, feedback, iteration) and implementing guardrails (safety, policy, data controls).

• Demonstrated capability to integrate agentic workflows with enterprise systems and data (APIs, events, identity, governance) and to devise complex integration architectures.

• Solid background in system architecture and comprehensive solution delivery (security, scalability, reliability, observability, deployment readiness).

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms and ecosystems (Siemens stack is a plus), data platforms, and contemporary AI tools.

• Capacity to translate intricate technical abilities into reusable patterns, reference architectures, and clear technical narratives for GTM and customer contexts.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills among Product, GTM, engineering, and customer stakeholders.

• Experience with Mendix is an advantage.
