This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Oversee the complete merchant journey — from pre-sales through to go-live and beyond.

• Collaborate with Sales to craft intelligent, scalable payment solutions customized to meet merchant requirements.

• Spearhead API integrations (REST, webhooks, SDKs) to ensure swift merchant onboarding.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, assisting merchants with performance, user experience, and global payment strategies.

• Address intricate technical challenges and expedite integration processes.

• Partner with Product & Engineering to enhance the platform and improve the merchant experience.

• Propel ongoing optimization initiatives (conversion rates, authorization rates, fraud prevention, routing).

• Work closely with Product to guarantee scalable solutions while addressing merchant challenges.

• Adopt a Product mindset — be prepared to build from the ground up and automate workflows.

• Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency is essential.

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or a similar technical position within the payments or fintech industry.

• Proficient in integration processes and familiar with working alongside APIs.

• Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and clients.

• Background in delivering successful product demonstrations and presentations.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.

• Experience in the fintech sector, payments industry, or financial services.

• Familiarity with APIs, payment orchestration, or payment service providers (PSPs).
