Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Assist potential customers in comprehending how our Clean as You Code methodology integrates into their software development life cycle.

• Lead the technical components of pre-sales business opportunities by delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and facilitating product evaluations.

• Offer guidance to customers on how to optimally align the Sonar solution with their preferred deployment strategies.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues faced by prospective customers assessing our products.

• Extend support beyond the sale to ensure successful product adoption and growth post-purchase, collaborating with our Customer Success and Support teams.

• Aid existing customers in recognizing the additional functionalities of advanced product editions.

• Deliver technical enablement to channel partners to enhance their service capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with both local and cloud-based software deployment platforms and technologies, such as Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure.

• Passion for providing engaging and distinctive demonstrations that help individuals understand software solutions.

• Capability to engage with complex technical challenges, conduct troubleshooting, develop solutions, and express them clearly in both verbal and written formats.

• Proven teamwork skills, including the ability to receive and provide feedback as well as share knowledge.

• A proactive attitude: willing to challenge the status quo and contribute to significant improvements and innovations.

• Exceptional presentation skills.

• Strong proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
