This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Take charge of the complete technical relationship with clients, encompassing onboarding, integrations, MMM setup, configuration of forecasting models, and continuous support.
• Spearhead onboarding scoping by analyzing client marketing channels, revenue streams, and data ecosystems.
• Evaluate incoming data quality, identify gaps early on, and collaborate with clients to address issues prior to any downstream effects.
• Manage the client data pipeline from data ingestion to modeling outputs, proactively identifying and resolving any issues.
• Oversee the technical implementation and integration processes across client systems and marketing platforms.
• Ensure that client data aligns with platform standards and modeling requirements.
• Monitor the accuracy, consistency, and overall reliability of data flow.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to address technical challenges and enhance workflows.
• Assist in the sales process by engaging in technical discovery discussions and integration scoping.
• Work alongside the sales team to showcase product value and technical capabilities to potential clients.
• Collaborate across functions with engineering, product, and client teams to facilitate successful implementations and maintain ongoing account success.
• Help bridge the gap between technical and business discussions to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• 5–8 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, Implementation, or other similar client-facing technical roles.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, data integrations, or products focused on analytics.
• Experience in supporting enterprise or mid-market client implementations.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics, marketing technology, or media measurement platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of data flows, integrations, APIs, and technical onboarding processes.
• Ability to evaluate data quality and troubleshoot issues related to technical implementation.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized with robust project management and client coordination skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple client relationships and priorities concurrently.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
