Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with both prospective and current clients to comprehend their business requirements and challenges.

• Create and prototype customized solutions utilizing the company's products or services to meet customer needs.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and advantages of the proposed solutions.

• Take charge of projects, overseeing them from initiation to successful completion, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and project timelines.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, customer success, and engineering, to ensure a unified approach to customer solutions.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products, technologies, and industry trends, acting as a subject matter expert for both internal teams and external clients.

• Establish a feedback mechanism with customers to collect insights, comprehend evolving needs, and contribute to product improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in project management, solutions engineering, software development, or customer engagement.

• Proficient in Django and Django Rest Framework.

• Familiarity with Postgres or SQL.

• Educational qualifications in web development (flexible regarding relevant degrees, certifications, and work experience).

• Strong skills in utilizing Rest APIs.

• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capability to clearly articulate technical concepts.

• Proven capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability to changing project dynamics.

• Familiarity with product and design lifecycles, effectively collaborating with designers and product managers.
