This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Comprehend Client Requirements: Engage in meetings with prospective and current clients to grasp their data needs and propose solutions that address their business objectives.
• Technical Partnerships: Manage the technical relationship with our most significant and strategic potential clients.
• Workflow Design: Develop and design optimal workflows to incorporate our solutions into clients' systems.
• Solution Demonstrations: Oversee requirements gathering, solution demonstrations, Proof of Concept development, and various workshop formats with clients.
• Client Engagement: Interact with both technical and non-technical clients to effectively showcase potential solutions.
• Expertise in Scraping: Leverage extensive knowledge of web scraping, data structures, and anti-bot evasion techniques to assist and advise clients.
• Customer Onboarding: Offer insightful technical guidance to ensure customers can swiftly and effectively onboard with Oxylabs.
• Collaboration with Sales: Work alongside the Sales and Account Management teams during interactions with prospective and existing customers to offer technical assistance and support.
• Product Insights: Gather structured product feedback to aid the Product and Engineering teams in improving and refining our offerings.
• Sales Training: Train the sales team on product specifics, forthcoming releases, competitive insights, and knowledge of typical customer environments and third-party applications.
• Strong foundation in networking: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/MTLS, proxies (HTTP/SOCKS), load balancing, NAT/VPN;
• Solid background in data: APIs, data pipelines, quality validation, normalization, monitoring data flows;
• Familiarity with digital-native architectures: APIs, microservices, event-driven patterns; hands-on debugging across various layers;
• Basic understanding of cloud services: practical experience with at least one global cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and one cloud provider in China (Alibaba/Tencent/Huawei/Byteplus);
• Experience in PoC design and delivery: scoping, instrumentation, measurable outcomes, clear handover;
• Demonstrated experience operating within China's internet ecosystem and navigating Great Firewall restrictions.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and meeting facilitation skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese;
• Willingness and eligibility to travel to Europe, Mainland China, and the APAC region;
• Proven track record of collaborating with technical stakeholders such as product owners, software engineers, and chief technology officers.
