Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the initial triage for partner integration challenges across Ramps, Commerce, Swaps, and Iron, including diagnosing API errors, signature failures, webhook complications, and widget bugs, while coordinating resolutions with Engineering and Payments Ops.

• Assist partners in their technical integration journey from sandbox testing to launch and production, translating requirements into integration plans that encompass API, SDK, webhook, and widget pathways.

• Perform pre-launch reviews to ensure adherence to acceptance criteria, proper disclaimer implementation, and the overall quality of integrations prior to partner launches.

• Examine volume anomalies identified by Payment Ops, tracing root causes through integration modifications, traffic variations, and configuration challenges.

• Facilitate technical discovery and demo discussions for both engineering and business audiences alongside senior SEs and the Partnerships team.

• Create integration runbooks, partner-specific guides, and FAQ documentation aimed at minimizing repetitive support inquiries and empowering partners to self-serve.

• Channel partner technical feedback into structured themes to inform the Product and Engineering roadmap and engage in infrastructure change communications with partners.

• Oversee partner API keys, sandbox accounts, and testing environments; contribute to enhancements in internal tooling and developer documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Integration Engineering, Developer Relations, Technical Account Management, or a similar technical partner-facing role.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and SDK integration patterns—proficient with Postman and cURL, capable of independently reading and debugging API responses.

• Basic scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for creating demos, automating tests, or contributing to internal tools.

• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.

• Some experience with payment infrastructure, including fiat rails, crypto on/off-ramps, settlement flows, or similar—preferably in a FinTech or crypto context.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of clearly articulating technical issues to both engineering partners and non-technical business stakeholders.

• Highly organized, with the capacity to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously without oversight.

• Located in Europe with the right to work in your country of residence (visa sponsorship is not available).
