This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Spearhead in-depth technical and clinical workflow exploration with potential clients in both Enterprise and Mid-Market sectors to identify integration needs, EHR dependencies, security requirements, and compliance factors.
• Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams to create customized solutions that align Heidi's AI platform capabilities with real-world healthcare workflows and customer specifications, while remaining aligned with roadmap feasibility.
• Present engaging demonstrations and architectural overviews to technical stakeholders including IT, InfoSec, and engineering personnel.
• Take ownership of technical submissions for RFPs, security evaluations, and due diligence inquiries with accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactively identify and address technical issues that may impede the sales process, serving as a reliable technical consultant to clients on matters of security, compliance, AI governance, and EHR integration inquiries.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to facilitate a seamless transition post-signature by crafting structured PRDs and handover documents, and offering feedback to product and engineering from the field.
• 3–6 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position: Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Consulting, ideally within SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise software sectors.
• Proven experience in leading and managing technical and workflow discovery sessions.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25 - 50% for onsite client interactions.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare integration standards: HL7, FHIR, REST APIs.
• Ability to distill complex information and convey it clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting sales processes with healthcare providers, health systems, or EMR vendors.
• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, early-stage environment where processes are still being established.
• A reliable partner to Sales and a respected voice among technical leaders on the client side.
• Bonus: Experience in healthtech, startups, or regulated environments; hands-on knowledge of clinical workflow design or field deployment in healthcare contexts.
