Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage collaboratively with Account Executives to improve the technical elements of the sales process.

• Interact directly with technical representatives from our clients and potential clients to deliver customized support and design solutions.

• Develop engaging technical demonstrations that effectively convey our product's value proposition.

• Produce technical enablement materials that enhance our sales team's efficiency and technical knowledge.

• Create self-service resources and documentation that enable customers to implement solutions autonomously.

• Spot opportunities to productize prevalent integration patterns or features, collaborating with our product teams to bring these ideas to fruition!

• Have a passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.

• Enjoy engaging directly with customers, refining solutions, and providing personalized support.

• Possess a knack for recognizing patterns that can be standardized and scaled.

• Exhibit strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams.

• Hold a robust technical background to assist customers in integrating our solutions with their existing systems.

• Experience working with clients is valued. It's acceptable if your experience comes from student organizations or side projects, as long as you are eager to engage closely with them in a technical role.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Python, with a comprehensive understanding of software development, architecture, and common integration patterns.

• Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for various audiences.
