This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Provide expert technical support throughout the sales process, responding to customer inquiries with clarity and assurance.
• Collaborate with account teams to comprehend use cases, identify challenges, and create customized solutions.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and value proofs that highlight DevRev’s unique offerings and their business impact.
• Assist in RFP/RFI submissions and craft persuasive proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Build robust relationships as a reliable technical advisor and facilitate seamless transitions to Customer Success.
• Convert business challenges into architectures and scalable solutions that align with DevRev.
• Aid in customization, integrations, and configurations in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
• Offer initial onboarding support and help resolve issues as necessary.
• Empower partner SEs, resellers, and integrators to independently drive sales initiatives.
• Conduct workshops, bootcamps, certifications, and collaborate on joint service offerings.
• Train sales teams on product enhancements, technical capabilities, and competitive positioning.
• Create technical playbooks, demonstration materials, guides, and case studies.
• Monitor competitor products and provide insights to influence strategic decisions.
• Mentor colleagues and promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions/Sales Engineering, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated success in delivering demonstrations, workshops, technical proposals, and value proofs.
• Knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., Command of the Message, MEDDICC).
• Strong discovery skills and a consultative selling approach.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and executive stakeholders. Proficient presenter and whiteboard communicator.
• Effective collaborator across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. Adaptable in ambiguous environments; a flexible team player who embraces diverse tasks.
• Solid technical knowledge across APIs, integrations, DevOps, cloud platforms, and modern SaaS technologies. Experience with API consumption and webhook configuration (e.g., Postman).
• Familiarity with major cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and basic SQL database querying skills.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with DevOps tools (Jira, GitHub), CRM & CX platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow), and low-code platforms.
• Bonus: Experience with GenAI tools (e.g., Cursor, VS Code + Copilot), prompt design, and workflows based on LLMs (chatbots, ticket deflection, AI assistants).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
