Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of pre-sales technical exploration and demonstrations for enterprise prospects, customized to each client's technology stack and use case.

• Lead the scope and design of integrations (APIs, TMS/ERP/WMS, custom workflows) and create clear handoff documentation for implementation teams.

• Manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires; establish and maintain a reusable library for these documents.

• Design and conduct proof-of-value pilots, including defining success criteria and reporting outcomes.

• Facilitate sales enablement by training Account Executives, creating battlecards, and maintaining the demo environment.

• Communicate technical gaps and integration requests from the field back to the Product and Engineering teams with clear prioritization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in APIs and integrations — able to read documentation, write API calls in Postman or curl, and explain REST, webhooks, and authentication to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong discovery and scoping abilities to ask appropriate technical questions and convert them into comprehensive integration designs.

• Professional demeanor when engaging with VP and C-suite executives — composed, credible, and articulate in high-pressure situations.

• Expertise in demo creation to develop customized presentations that resonate, treating each demonstration as if it were a product.

• Versatile experience across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.

• Bonus points for: Familiarity with Curri's API documentation prior to application and arriving with insights on integration patterns or gaps. Experience as a founder or operator — having built or launched a product yourself. Prior experience with construction, industrial, or distribution clients. A natural talent for mentoring and enhancing the skills of the AEs around you.
