This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Present solutions through engaging demonstrations, recommendations, and presentations to both prospects and customers.
• Build and maintain technical relationships with current customers via Quarterly Technical Reviews.
• Aid in responding to Requests for Proposals/Information.
• Represent BeyondTrust at various Trade Shows, Seminars, and Company Events.
• Utilize common Sales & Marketing tools such as Salesforce, Confluence, Skytap, and others.
• Assist in the technical evaluation of our products, including crafting Proof-of-Concept Success Plans.
• Provide support to BeyondTrust Partners.
• Continue to enhance knowledge of BeyondTrust products and the industry.
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science (Information Systems) or a related discipline.
• Over 2 years of experience as a pre-sales engineer and/or support engineer in privileged access management or a related enterprise application such as IAM, SIEM, ITDR, etc.
• More than 3 years of experience working with global software vendors.
• Ability to distinguish product differentiators in comparison to competitors.
• Previous experience showcasing security products at trade shows and security conferences.
• Extensive experience supporting platforms such as Microsoft Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, SQL, etc.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Proficient understanding of VMware and Hyper-V virtual environments.
