Solutions Consultant, Sales / SME Growth – Dutch Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In your role as a Consultant at AMX, you will be pivotal in assisting AMX clients to enhance productivity and expand their operations through Smartsheet and various cloud collaboration tools.

• You will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, guiding them from their initial inquiries to solution design, pricing discussions, and long-term success.

• By fostering enduring relationships and steering clients from their first contact to a smooth transition to implementation, you will aid them in achieving new levels of efficiency and growth.

• Assess and qualify warm inbound leads to determine compatibility and potential value.

• Create and showcase customized Smartsheet proof-of-concepts that illustrate tangible business benefits.

• Facilitate pricing discussions and contract negotiations with clarity and assurance.

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients.

• Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to identify new use cases, address challenges, and enhance adoption.

• Collaborate closely with Smartsheet account representatives to jointly develop opportunities and expand client accounts.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition to delivery consultants.

• Engage in implementation projects to grasp downstream requirements and enhance pre-sales interaction.

• Learn from seasoned consultants and gain exposure to larger enterprise opportunities as you advance in your career.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience in sales, customer success, or consulting, preferably in SaaS or cloud platforms, where you managed client relationships and supported long-term growth.

• You are familiar with tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, or other collaboration/project management platforms and can effectively demonstrate their benefits.

• You are adept at leading product demonstrations and articulating complex ideas in simple, engaging terms.

• You enjoy a commercial mindset, discussing pricing, identifying upsell opportunities, and contributing to business outcomes.

• You possess a collaborative spirit and are driven by teamwork.

• You bring a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and thrive in a dynamic environment.

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
