This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Act as the main contact for new small to mid-sized property managers during their onboarding journey.
• Enhance conversions of new prospects by delivering engaging and thorough virtual product demonstrations.
• Assist prospective clients in establishing their PriceLabs accounts and optimizing their usage according to their specific revenue management strategies and preferences.
• Effectively articulate PriceLabs’ value proposition to potential clients.
• Consistently achieve and surpass performance benchmarks.
• Work in collaboration with the Sales operations team to update and manage key information and history related to onboarded mid-sized accounts in the CRM.
• Facilitate the transfer of knowledge and ensure a seamless transition of selected onboarded accounts that expand beyond mid-size by partnering with the sales-ops team and In-market Solution Consultants for dedicated account management.
• Demonstrated experience (2-3+ years) as an Account Executive, in Customer Success, or in other sales/customer-facing roles, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• A minimum math score of 85% in your 10th-grade examination.
• Skilled at conducting product demonstrations via video calls and effectively conveying a product’s value and ROI to clients.
• Willingness and capability to work in the APAC time zone.
• Proven track record of meeting defined sales performance targets.
• Data-driven, analytical, and possess a quantitative approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish and nurture relationships.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Experience in the short-term rental market and managing US/European clients is advantageous.
