This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the global sales team by delivering both technical and functional support for key opportunities.

• Oversee and communicate technical information through remote calls and video conferences.

• Ensure optimal product selection to enhance customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and one of the following languages: German, French, Spanish, or Italian.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing abilities.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as LLMs and agents.

• Experience working in or with Call Centers.
