Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions with customer executives and stakeholders to identify business needs and priorities.

• Create and present presentations, demonstrations, and solution concepts that align InGenius and Panviva capabilities with desired outcomes for prospects.

• Effectively communicate the unique differentiators and advantages of InGenius and Panviva, instilling confidence in customers.

• Oversee pilot programs and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), providing technical direction and ensuring positive results.

• Serve as an industry thought leader, crafting solution narratives grounded in comprehensive customer and market insights.

• Represent Upland at various events, webinars, and executive briefings, highlighting innovation and value.

• Assist in generating pipeline through solution workshops, proposals, and responses to RFPs.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to influence the roadmap and enhance customer impact.

• Mentor junior Solution Consultants and contribute to the Solution Consultant community at Upland, promoting an inclusive and learning-focused culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, enterprise software consulting, or digital transformation roles (SaaS/cloud preferred).

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling abilities; skilled at simplifying complex concepts for varied audiences.

• Demonstrated history of successfully navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles involving CxO, IT, and business leaders.

• Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving and solution design skills.

• Passion for AI, data, and automation and their implications for the future workplace.

• Strong collaboration skills, time management, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

• Proficient English communication skills at a business level (both written and verbal).
