This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Offer technical leadership and expertise throughout the customer's security transformation journey.
• Develop technical solutions aligned with the customer's critical business objectives.
• Create and execute strategic technical account plans.
• Comprehend essential customer business needs and devise high-level designs.
• Facilitate customer adoption of the Palo Alto Networks Platform.
• Establish customer relationships that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify technical and operational priorities.
• Collaborate effectively with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams.
• Exhibit strong communication abilities through presentations and demonstrations.
• Lead successful technical validation initiatives based on industry best practices.
• Advocate for comprehensive solutions that include PANW and/or partner services.
• Consistently invest in personal growth and relationships with technical stakeholders.
• Over 6 years of experience in pre-sales or sales engineering.
• Proficient in Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint, or SASE.
• Ability to influence and secure buy-in from key stakeholders.
• Skilled in creating and delivering technical presentations.
• Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing solutions such as Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and/or SOC Transformation.
• Familiarity with complex sales processes involving multiple buying centers and multi-product solutions.
• Fluent in English.
