Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire an in-depth knowledge of the Martech domain to effectively qualify prospects' objectives and requirements, while clearly conveying the value of Insider One's offerings.

• Interact with prospects as a solution consultant and trusted advisor throughout the pre-sales phase.

• Contribute to the sales strategy by aligning prospects' needs and aspirations with the Insider One platform and its products.

• Develop tailored demos and presentations, and deliver them to both business and technical audiences.

• Lead the internal coordination for addressing the technical components of RFIs/RFPs.

• Stay informed about the product roadmap and new features, providing market insights to the Product Management Team.

• Oversee the transition of new clients to the Insider One Customer Success Team to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

• Assist the sales team in creating customized decks and use cases when needed and requested.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position (Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant / Solutions Engineer) or in roles requiring a strong blend of technical and client-facing skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on capturing requirements and use cases, crafting solutions, and articulating business value.

• Proven success in selling SaaS applications within complex enterprise environments.

• Technical knowledge of SaaS solutions, architecture, and modern business applications, including development frameworks (Web & App) and integrations (APIs).

• Capability to coordinate various stakeholders with diverse backgrounds to address business and technical challenges.

• Self-motivated, adept at multitasking, and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in the execution of the sales process.
