This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Support the attainment and surpassing of regional sales objectives within CallMiner’s analytics and automation offerings.
• Cultivate robust relationships with prospects, customers, and partners to facilitate successful sales interactions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and sales leadership to formulate account strategies and advance opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations centered on CallMiner analytics and OmniAgent automation solutions.
• Illustrate how CallMiner solutions yield measurable business outcomes and ROI through AI, analytics, and automation.
• Offer pre-sales technical consultation and guidance to prospects and clients.
• Execute proof-of-concepts (POC) that include solution configuration, conversational flow setup, analytics validation, and presentations of business outcomes.
• Assist in crafting and delivering product demonstrations, demo environments, and region-specific use cases.
• Provide technical and functional responses for RFP/RFI/RFQ inquiries.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to support customer opportunities as necessary.
• Create supporting materials and technical content for the sales team.
• Keep precise prospect and customer engagement data in CRM and internal systems.
• Communicate prospect and customer requirements to Product Management teams, encompassing regional and language-specific necessities.
• Aid in regional marketing initiatives including trade shows, seminars, webinars, and industry conferences.
• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Contact Center Technology, Conversational AI, or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities with the skill to convey technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
• Experience in supporting enterprise software or SaaS sales efforts.
• Knowledge of conversational AI, automation platforms, generative AI, or customer experience technologies.
• Understanding of customer experience and engagement workflows.
• Capability to develop and articulate ROI-driven business value.
• Strong organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple priorities independently.
• Technically adept with the capacity to quickly learn new technologies and serve as a reliable solution advisor.
• Comfortable in a dynamic and customer-facing environment.
• Professional proficiency in Czech and English is required.
• Additional regional language skills are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within Central Europe as required (approximately 30–50%).
