• Deep Discovery: Exhibit outstanding communication abilities to reveal client requirements necessary for creating customized platform solutions that tackle their unique challenges and objectives.
• Product Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight the value and functionalities of Cision’s technology to potential clients and customers, including the skill to explain complex topics or concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Technical Support: Offer technical assistance during both pre-sales and post-sales stages, addressing client inquiries and concerns to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
• Solution Design: Collaborate closely with clients to design and implement tailored solutions that utilize Cision’s technology to achieve their goals.
• Collaboration: Work in partnership with internal teams, such as Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure smooth integration and execution of solutions.
• Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster new business opportunities.
• Market Insights: Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most pertinent and effective solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6-8 years of experience in a SaaS software role will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2-3 years of Solution Consulting experience.
• Proficient in discovery skills, presentation skills, and knowledge of API or technical language.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Familiarity with marketing technology (Martech) and digital marketing technologies and workflows; coding skills preferred.
