This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Participate in various remote and occasional on-site demonstration meetings alongside sales representatives to address technical and operational accounting inquiries.
• Deliver comprehensive value-based product demonstrations to prospective clients and customers.
• Engage in webinars, trade shows, and industry events to showcase the product.
• Enhance the accounting knowledge of the sales team to better comprehend and meet prospect requirements.
• Collaborate continuously with direct sales team members on positioning strategies, handling objections, and determining next steps.
• Facilitate internal training sessions to improve accounting expertise.
• Utilize statistical analysis of each phase within the sales cycle to highlight areas requiring additional focus.
• Work in conjunction with product, support, and setup teams to gather insights and provide feedback for roadmap advancements, as well as standard support queries regarding cloud storage partners, while acting as a liaison between the direct sales and setup teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Partner with Marketing to assist in the creation of promotional materials.
• Communicate effectively about the intangible or cultural impacts experienced by sales representatives on the floor.
• Offer a deeper insight to the direct sales team regarding the reasons current clients have chosen FloQast, including experiences and stories.
• Support the partnership and consulting teams by conducting demonstrations for private equity and/or accounting firms.
• Aid the Customer Success team by participating in calls with existing clients to resolve accounting-related queries.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the current competitive landscape to serve as a subject matter expert for direct sales and partnership teams when differentiating FloQast from competitors in the market.
• Organize IT and sales materials required by the direct sales team.
• Enhance individual close rates.
• Assist in the technical or IT assessments concerning the FloQast application.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both English and French, with the capability to engage across various communication platforms.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the accounting industry, with consistent participation in diverse functional areas of the month-end closing process.
• Familiarity with the broad financial compliance landscape and its functionality within an organization.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
• An energetic communicator who enjoys networking and building relationships both in person and through multiple daily video conferencing calls.
• A self-motivated individual with a strong initiative and commitment to follow-through, viewing each situation as a chance to enhance current processes and strive for greater excellence.
