Solutions Architect, Microsoft Ecosystem

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete architecture for the engagement, encompassing agent orchestration, data integration, and deployment.

• Establish architectural standards and ensure uniformity across backend, UI, data, and infrastructure layers.

• Set the long-term technical vision in collaboration with the Delivery Lead.

• Design for multi-tenant deployments and facilitate repeatable onboarding processes for teams.

• Maintain records of architectural decisions and documentation of standards.

• Design the cloud environment for the engagement, focusing on identity, networking, compute, storage, and monitoring.

• Promote the adoption of CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and evaluation-in-pipeline for LLM components.

• Review and contribute to agent orchestration, tool integrations, and retrieval pipelines.

• Provide mentorship to engineers on agentic AI patterns, Microsoft platform conventions, and architectural reasoning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Strong practical experience in backend and API development utilizing Python.

• Proven track record in designing and deploying agentic AI systems in a production environment.

• Direct experience with Azure AI services.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI semantic models, and DAX.

• Strong understanding of Azure architecture.

• Experience with Microsoft Entra applications.

• Proficient in using Azure DevOps for source control, pipelines, and work tracking.

• Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines and best practices in DevOps.

• Strong comprehension of cloud security, RBAC, and governance.
