Solutions Architect – Insurance Domain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develops system architecture.

• Thinks strategically, plans roadmaps while maintaining a pragmatic approach to execution.

• Collaborates with clients (travel may be required).

• Builds and maintains relationships with the business, serving as a trusted advisor with expert knowledge in the insurance sector.

• Translates complex technical issues into clearly communicated **business value**.

• Capable of questioning the status quo and proposing justified changes.

• Works alongside the development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT, including at least 1 year in a solutions architect role - must have.

• Possesses extensive knowledge of **Java, .NET, or Node.js**.

• Has expertise related to application and system architecture.

• Experience with **AWS and/or Azure cloud**.

• Proficient in **English at a minimum B2 level**.

• Demonstrates a high level of **business awareness**.

• Exhibits strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

• Open to business trips and client delegations.

• Utilizes at least one AI tool in daily development work (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar).

• Willingness to embrace an **AI-assisted software development process**.

• Maintains a **high level of responsibility, ownership, and resilience** in a complex, demanding environment.
