Solutions Architect – Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients to comprehend their needs and provide guidance on suitable solution architectures.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure that client requirements are in sync with solution design.

• Work in close partnership with Delivery Managers to supervise the architectural strategy during solution implementation.

• Investigate a variety of options and innovative alternatives to pinpoint the most effective solutions.

• Ensure that the developed solutions are executed in line with client expectations and organizational standards.

• Assist in identifying, specifying, and selecting off-the-shelf components to address client requirements.

• Offer continuous support and direction to clients throughout the implementation phase.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance solutions consistently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in solution architecture design and delivery roles within the insurance sector, with exposure to various lines of business.

• Proficient in delivering cloud-based technology product solutions in an enterprise setting.

• Capability to assist in defining and promoting a product/enterprise roadmap.

• Skillful in translating client requirements into actionable steps and architectural solutions.

• Familiarity with business architecture models and patterns.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing innovative and creative solutions to business challenges.

• Ability to think innovatively while understanding the business constraints that necessitate conventional approaches.

• Knowledge of optimal strategies for cloud-based applications that require high availability and scalability.

• Experienced in designing solutions in both Relational DB and noSQL environments.

• Skilled in crafting designs for API and Micro-services centric frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to self-learn new technological trends and methodologies.

• Ideally possesses experience or insight into the advantages of low-code platforms.

• While the Solution Architect is not required to build the solutions, familiarity with multiple development languages and various database engines will be beneficial.

• Exposure to authentication and authorization concepts (SSO, SAML integration, identity federation, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
