Solutions Architect II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Taking responsibility for the design, architecture, testing, and technical go-live aspects to guarantee effective web, media, and security solutions.

• Acting as a proactive technical consultant and a trusted advisor for our clients, delivering value in every engagement.

• Evaluating customer traffic and implementing Akamai security, delivery, and compute solutions to meet the security, delivery, and compute requirements of customers.

• Providing coaching and training to customers to enhance the value and usability of our products.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address issues that may arise during customer implementations.

• Utilizing Akamai tools for technical implementation, automation, and facilitating the use of APIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree, along with 4+ years of experience in web applications, internet fundamentals, DNS, routing, and communication protocols.

• Exhibit knowledge of the common OWASP top 10 vulnerabilities and their relation to internet service compromises or attacks.

• Have experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.

• Be well-versed in scripting languages such as Python, PERL, and JavaScript, along with the overall DevOps framework and web development languages.

• Show proficiency in one or more web development languages, methodologies, or architectures.

• Demonstrate experience in a technical customer-facing role, with a strong desire to provide consulting services.

• Have a track record of solving complex technical challenges through innovative solutions.

• Exhibit communication and presentation skills that enable you to convey highly technical information in a concise manner.
