Solutions Architect – Datech Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Design Technical Solutions: Assess customer inquiries and develop comprehensive solutions utilizing Autodesk AEC Collection, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and AutoCAD with Industry Specialized Toolsets (IST).

• Bridge & Support Partners: Serve as the main technical liaison between Autodesk, resellers, and AEC clients, providing staff and partners with extensive product knowledge.

• Coordinate Service Activities: Manage pre-sales, post-sales, and consulting efforts, including solution demonstrations and implementations to enhance product adoption.

• Lead Enablement & Training: Plan and conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions (both in-person and online) for sales partners and end-users.

• Advocate & Influence: Work with engineering teams to represent customer needs and engage in marketing initiatives to promote technical applications.

• Industry Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert, delivering billable project support and developing technical benchmarks or articles for professional publications.

• Independent Account Management: Operate independently on targeted accounts in the LAC region to ensure technical alignment and successful project completions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience that provides comparable knowledge and job skills.

• Over 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) is required.

• Knowledge and/or expertise in the related area of responsibility.

• Ability to think independently and organize individual work products as well as project-based personnel.

• Strong leadership skills with a readiness to lead, innovate, and be assertive.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on completing tasks.

• Strong presentation and analytical thinking capabilities.

• Knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry.

• 3+ years of commercial experience is preferred.

• Holds a technical degree or equivalent qualification relevant to the industry and product area.

• Strong Industrial Design skills and BIM experience.

• Proficient in AEC Collection, Revit, and AutoCAD Industry Specialized Toolset.

• Strong experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud / CDE.

• Proven project delivery experience.
