Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate creatively with customers and internal stakeholders to develop technical solutions that fulfill customer use cases and requirements through a combination of internal resources and, when necessary, third-party software/hardware/tools.

• Design and deliver comprehensive technical and business proposals that illustrate how Xage addresses customer challenges, covering solution architecture, use case descriptions, and deployment timelines.

• Recognize shortcomings in product functionality and adaptability, and proactively collaborate with product management and engineering teams to resolve these issues using a mix of internal R&D and technology/product partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or another technical field.

• At least 10 years of experience in networking, industrial automation, or network security solutions.

• A minimum of 5 years in hands-on technical roles.

• Preference for senior positions in technical roles.

• Proven hands-on technical expertise and extensive experience with networking solutions, industrial control systems, or cybersecurity solutions (e.g., identity and access management).

• In-depth knowledge of IT and OT network communication protocols.

• Proficient in network segmentation and micro-segmentation.

• Skilled in designing secure network architectures that integrate IT and OT environments.

• Experience in developing scalable solutions.

• Demonstrated success in crafting winning solutions and proposals that lead to customer acquisitions and surpass sales targets.

• Proven ability to establish technology solutions and system integration partnerships within industrial sectors.

• Familiarity with the operational needs of utility companies, oil & gas operators, renewable energy firms, and/or transportation services.

• Strong capability to influence cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to travel as required by business needs.

• Availability for calls and meetings during non-standard working hours.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong presentation abilities, with the capacity to create and showcase high-quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.
