Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales teams to support sales initiatives from pre-sales to post-sales interactions.

• Deliver architectural designs and engage in large-scale proof of concepts, technical alliance validations, and post-sales implementations that support Veeam service delivery partners.

• Offer subject matter expertise in Veeam product suites to customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Create whitepapers, best practice guides, competitive analysis documentation, and strategies to facilitate deployment engagements and sales opportunities.

• Actively participate in the Veeam Community Forums.

• Represent Veeam at marketing and technical presentations as a subject matter expert.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with hypervisor technologies from various vendors, including VMware, Microsoft, and RedHat.

• Practical experience managing large and complex data center infrastructure operations.

• Understanding and experience with the leading three Hyperscalers: AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with relational database software.

• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages for automation purposes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfortable presenting to audiences, both over the phone and in person.

• Willingness to travel within the designated region as required.

• Self-motivated individual capable of quickly learning new technologies.

• Strong project management skills.

• Proven expertise in focused solutions.

• Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English and Italian.
