Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive ServiceTitan solutions that align with customer business objectives, operational maturity, and industry best practices.

• Convert customer workflows into scalable configurations encompassing: Business Units, Job Types, Campaigns, Pricebooks, Memberships, Dispatch, Reporting, and Integrations.

• Serve as the subject-matter expert regarding ServiceTitan platform features, limitations, and solutions that align with the roadmap.

• Assess and design integrations with external systems (such as accounting, payroll, CRM, marketing, and BI tools).

• Facilitate technical discovery and architecture discussions with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success teams throughout the onboarding, optimization, and expansion stages.

• Produce and update solution documentation, diagrams, and decision logs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, Systems Design, or Implementation roles.

• Proven experience in designing and supporting SaaS platforms with intricate business logic.

• Strong knowledge of service-oriented or field service industries (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, or similar).

• Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Practical experience with ServiceTitan (implementation, configuration, or administration).

• Familiarity with ERP / FSM systems.

• Experience with API-based integrations.

• Knowledge of accounting systems (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite).

• Background in customer success, professional services, or enterprise SaaS.

• Understanding of data modeling, reporting, and analytics principles.
