This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, IDN, and Corporate Account teams to develop interoperability and workflow solutions tailored to customer needs.

• Act as the technical subject matter expert during pre-sales activities, presentations, and client meetings.

• Generate solution architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation plans that align with proposed customer solutions.

• Work alongside hospital IT departments and executive stakeholders to grasp technical requirements and recommend optimal solutions.

• Showcase Mindray connectivity and interoperability solutions while informing customers about product features and competitive benefits.

• Support sales teams with technical strategies, solution positioning, and responses to RFPs.

• Provide technical training and education to internal sales teams to enhance overall IT solution knowledge.

• Relay product and customer insights to Marketing and Engineering to aid future product development and improvements.

• Represent Mindray at national and regional conferences, trade shows, and customer gatherings.

• Travel frequently to facilitate customer meetings, presentations, and field activities.

• Preferred bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare IT, or a related technical discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in supporting healthcare IT, interoperability, or enterprise networking solutions.

• Preferred 5+ years of experience in the healthcare or medical device sector.

• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability technologies, interface engines, networking, and healthcare IT infrastructure.

• Strong comprehension of clinical workflows and the technological role within healthcare settings.

• Outstanding presentation, communication, and customer relationship abilities.

• Capability to convert intricate technical concepts into feasible customer solutions.

• Experience in creating technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
