• Identify the most effective questions to pose to our prospects during the sales process to enhance scoping accuracy and facilitate successful solutions for the client.
• Assist in the ongoing improvement of project estimation methods, providing suggested timelines and strategies.
• Collaborate with our sales and delivery teams to create and deliver presentations that effectively showcase our unique approach and differentiators.
• Maintain high standards in our proposals by ensuring comprehensive delivery coverage through precise scoping language and adherence to consistent formatting and tone.
• Lead and perform live demonstrations of Workday solutions for prospective customers, showcasing essential functionalities during the pre-sales phase.
• Work together to create marketing materials for newsletters that highlight various differentiators or offerings of Invisors.
• Engage in the development of new offerings that Invisors can expand into.
• 3-5 years of functional experience with Workday.
• Experience with Workday HCM/Financials is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP Financial Management Software is essential.
• Knowledge in a core area of Accounting (GL, AR, AP, Budgeting) is necessary.
• Prior experience in pre-sales is preferred.
• Creativity and a keen attention to detail are required.
• Ability to present, communicate, and engage with prospects in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner is essential.
• Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Suite effectively is required.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
