• Assist Engineering Teams in Embracing AI-Native Development

• Implement Cursor across key engineering organizations.

• Set up environments, create workflows, and conduct hands-on training sessions.

• Support developers in incorporating Cursor into actual production workflows — rather than just isolated demonstrations.

• Accelerate time-to-value and ensure sustainable adoption throughout teams.

• Identify workflow challenges and quickly resolve issues.

• Broaden Cursor's Reach Within the Organization

• Determine the next areas for Cursor expansion within the customer environment.

• Assist engineering teams in transitioning from isolated use to company-wide adoption.

• Create strategies for rolling out new workflows, teams, and platform groups.

• Collaborate with customers to implement AI-assisted development at scale.

• Work closely with Account Executives during significant expansion phases.

• Establish Yourself as a Trusted Technical Partner

• Cultivate strong relationships with developers, platform teams, engineering leadership, and executive stakeholders.

• Facilitate architecture reviews, technical working sessions, and strategic planning talks.

• Guide customers on developer productivity, workflow design, governance, and AI adoption strategies.

• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to facilitate customer progress.

• Assist organizations in managing workflow and operational changes as AI-native development advances.

• Deliver Tangible Customer Results

• Aid customers in converting adoption into quantifiable engineering impacts.

• Link Cursor utilization to outcomes such as quicker iteration cycles, enhanced developer productivity, workflow efficiency, and improved engineering quality.

• Support customers in articulating the value of Cursor internally and generating momentum for wider adoption.

• Transform successful deployments into replicable workflow patterns across the organization.

• Ensure Cursor Becomes Essential

• Strengthen workflow adoption and enhance long-term product loyalty.

• Monitor competitive threats and assist customers in standardizing Cursor over time.

• Provide recovery strategies when adoption wanes or rival tools gain traction.

• Help customers create workflows they cannot imagine functioning without.

• Influence the Product's Future

• Convey structured feedback from strategic customers to Product and Engineering teams.

• Identify new workflow patterns, friction points, and enterprise needs.

• Contribute to the development of new capabilities through partnerships with leading customers.

• Convert successful customer workflows into reusable playbooks and reference patterns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or developer tooling.

• Experience in customer-facing technical positions such as Solution Architect, Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Enterprise Architect, or similar roles.

• Ability to engage hands-on with engineering teams while also operating strategically with technical leadership.

• Solid understanding of developer workflows, SDLC tooling, integrations, CI/CD systems, governance, and enterprise engineering settings.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences.

• Strong instincts regarding workflow design, adoption strategy, and driving changes in workflows across engineering teams.

• High level of ownership, strong execution abilities, and comfort in fast-paced environments with uncertainty.

• Enthusiasm for developer tooling and a strong belief in AI's potential to transform software engineering.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
