• Provides technological and architectural advice for designing AI solutions, considering costs, risks, and business value.
• Designs the architecture of AI systems and solutions that support the SDLC process in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Develops and advances AI-based solutions (e.g., AI agents) that streamline Delivery, particularly in the software development process.
• Designs and implements autonomous SDLC pipelines where AI evolves from a code generation assistant to a fully independent system executing end-to-end tasks (e.g., requirements analysis, change generation, testing, validation, creating PRs, quality monitoring, etc.).
• Co-creates the strategy and vision for AI-first SDLC and AI Delivery at the organizational scale.
• Defines standards, patterns, and best practices in the areas of AI and architecture.
• Shares knowledge, mentors, and fosters the development of technical team competencies.
• You have at least **7 years of experience in IT**, including **a minimum of 2 years of practical work with AI solutions**, specifically supporting the SDLC process.
• You possess a solid **architectural background in designing and implementing systems** using **.NET, Java, or Node.js** technologies.
• You have practical knowledge of at least one public cloud: **AWS or Azure**, including architecture design, service selection, and cost and security aspects.
• You have developed software within an **automated, AI-assisted SDLC process**, encompassing development, testing, and CI/CD.
• You are familiar with and have commercially utilized **AI development tools**, such as **GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and popular MCP**.
• You have a very good understanding of **Generative AI and LLM model integration** and understand their real applications in business processes, delivery, and software development.
• You have experience in designing and implementing AI-based systems such as RAG, semantic search, AI workflows, and single- and multi-agent AI systems.
• You possess a strong **knowledge of designing autonomous AI agents** and systems capable of independently generating software (agentic coding / autonomous software engineering), including task orchestration, quality control, validation, and decision-making within the SDLC.
• You have practical **experience in optimizing costs and performance of LLM-based solutions**, particularly in areas such as token usage optimization, prompt engineering, context management, caching, model selection, and parameters.
• You have worked with Microsoft platforms in the context of AI (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Microsoft Agent Framework) or equivalent solutions.
• You design and estimate AI solutions, accounting for business requirements, data specificity, technological constraints, and maintenance costs.
• **You have experience in R&D activities in the AI domain**, prototyping, and iterative testing of solutions aimed at building a fully autonomous SDLC process with self-improvement elements (e.g., learning from mistakes, self-evaluation, feedback loop, automatic optimization of prompts, tools, and pipelines).
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Opportunities for professional development and training.
• Flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work.
• A dynamic and innovative work environment.
